Do i need to join the membership first ?

No need to join a member, but our members are free. After you join, you will receive newsletters and events from us from time to time, and you can enjoy the VIP rewards program after shopping.

Old customers please input the email account and password directly, enter the purchase list page to fill in the information. For the first purchase, please input your email account and set a new password. Go to the list page and fill in the information. Please feel free to purchase.

Precautions before placing an order.

Orders are processed once a day from Monday to Saturday at 9:00a.m. If you need urgent shipment or special needs, please call us.

The order form is processed by the computer, so it can’t be canceled online after accepting the order. If you want to cancel the order, please send an email to “[email protected]” or call us +886-2-8923-5856, +886-912-060689. A service person will contact you to handle the order. If the order item has been sent, the order can’t be canceled. Please follow the
“Return and exchange instructions “ and need to receive a freight subsidy of 150 NTD.

Please confirm the order then pay the bill. In order to ensure your rights, please fill in the correct and complete member information, especially the contact phone number and shipping address. Due to the correctness of the purchase payment and the delivery of the goods;make sure that every transaction is absolutely safe, please be sure to fill in the correct information.

The website reserves the rights to accept your order or not.

How long does it take to receive the product?

Under normal circumstances, you can receive the ordered item 7-10 days after the payment is confirmed. But mainly according to the logistics delivery time of the ordering country. If there are special circumstances that delay the shipment, we will notify you by email of the reason and expected the delay time. So that you can decide to continue waiting or cancel the order.

If your order has passed 10 days, you may need to call the service line : +886-2-8923-5856 to enquire or fill in the “Contact with us”. Tell the customer service center to inform:

(1) Order number

(2) Your name and convenient contact number. We will work hard to track orders for you, respond quickly and apologize for your long wait.

How to check my order?

Please go to the member’s exclusive “My order inquiry” to check the shopping information, you can choose online shopping or call us to inquire any item, you will be able to purchase every item in the store in the most convenient way.
